It can also be used like Thermage to tighten skin on the face, but it has a fat applicator specifically for fat reduction. PS its also used to smooth lumpiness caused by Coolsculpting or Liposuction

Acoustic Wave is also from Europe and pretty much the gold standard for Cellulite.
